Epoxy Seal
The EpoxySeal reconditioning and maintenance system is designed as a two staging system. The first stage is cleaning and repair. The second stage comprises the application of the EpoxySeal system consisting of only two components, EpoxySeal and Weave Seal fabric. The system is simple because EpoxySeal, as a single product, fulfills the requirements of a sealer, a primer, a base coat, and a topcoat.
The system is applied in three (3) simple steps with no required wait intervals. An EpoxySeal color or topcoat may be added later to ensure uniform mil thickness and to provide added protection and cosmetic enhancement. The color or topcoat is not a requirement for the System warranty.
PolySeal Fabric Description
PolySeal is a high-quality fabric engineered to maximize the saturation and adhesion of the EpoxySeal system. PolySeal fabric is an essential component of the EpoxySeal system and must be used if the EpoxySeal warranty is required.
When embedded in the System, according to the manufacturers application instructions, the PolySeal fabric and EpoxySeal roof coating become inseparably bonded in a complete monolithic membrane. The completed EpoxySeal system with embedded PolySeal yields a tensile strength of 2200 p.s.i., adding strength and stability to the roof.
